Step 1: Go to Projects
Log in at app.NoRecruit.com
On the left menu, click Projects
Click the + Create Project button (top right)
Step 2: Add Project Details
Fill in the basics:
Job title
Location
Target company size
Add more filters if needed
Then either:
Paste the job description
or
Manually add your must-haves and nice-to-haves
Click Create Project
Step 3: Start Matching
You’ll now see a project overview with your search setup.
Click Start Matching
→ NoRecruit begins searching
Click again to view candidates
Step 4: Evaluate Candidates
Each candidate is shown with their profile summary, indication of personality and how they match.
Press Y (Yes) to shortlist and add them to your outreach queue
Press N (No) to skip them
You can do this at your own pace. The system keeps learning from your selections.
