Step 1: Go to Outreach
After your search is complete and candidates are selected, go to the Outreach tab in your project.
You’ll now see a list of selected candidates.
Step 2: Review or Edit Messages
NoRecruit creates personalized outreach messages using AI.
Click the ✉️ envelope icon next to a candidate to preview or edit the message
You can tweak the tone, add personal notes, or write your own
Step 3: Schedule Outreach
Once you’re happy with the messages, click Schedule Unscheduled Activities
NoRecruit will now:
Automatically send messages to candidates
Stay within LinkedIn’s daily limits
Track who replied and when to follow up
✅ Your outreach runs in the background.
