🔍 How does NoRecruit find candidates?

Our AI searches LinkedIn and public information using your input: job title, location (city + surrounding area), company size, and requirements.


📡 Is the candidate data up to date?

Yes. All data is live. We only show profiles that are currently active and relevant.


🔥 What does “Higher Interest” mean?

These candidates are likely open to switching jobs. We detect signals like profile updates, job searches, or career-related activity.


💬 What does “Recently Active” mean?

The candidate has been active on LinkedIn recently—increasing your chance of a reply.


🎯 How many candidates are contacted per project?

We shortlist up to 100 candidates per project. You can review and select who gets a message. Need more? For a small fee, our platform unlocks more!


🔧 Can I adjust the search filters?

Yes. You can narrow or broaden your search anytime by editing the project settings. The system will instantly update results.


✍️ Can I edit the outreach messages?

Yes. NoRecruit generates a custom message for each candidate using AI.

Click the ✉️ envelope icon next to a candidate to edit the message.

Additionally you can use personalised landing pages for each job you're recruiting for. This helps you stand out from the crowd!


🕐 When are messages sent?

Messages are scheduled during LinkedIn working hours, respecting daily limits.

Tip: Avoid using LinkedIn manually during campaign hours to prevent session issues.
