Step 1: Go to Landing Pages
In the left-hand menu, click Landing Pages.
Click Get Started to create your first page.
Step 2: Edit Your Page Details
Update the Title to match your campaign or role.
Add your Calendar URL — this can be Calendly or any other scheduling tool you use.
Pro tip: Use a separate calendar link so all interviews from this page stay in a dedicated timeslot.
Step 3: Set Language & Link Your Project
Choose the Language for the page.
Link it to the Project you want to use this landing page for.
Step 4: Customise the Content
Click on any text you want to edit and start typing.
For images, we use URLs:
Right-click any image on your website (or another site)
Select Copy Image Address
Paste it into the image field
Notes:
The “Why I think you’ll love this” section is AI-generated.
Any section can be hidden by clicking Hide.
You can also add a profile picture on top by clicking on the grey circle!
Step 5: Save & Publish
When you’re happy with the page, click Save.
Press Publish to make it live.
✅ Your personalised landing page is now ready to send.
Candidates will see tailored content, images, and a direct link to book time with you.
