Activities

The Activities page gives you full visibility into all automated outreach activities across your campaigns. Monitor, approve, edit, and manage all scheduled and completed actions.

📍 Getting Started

To access your activity feed, click "Activities" in the sidebar navigation.

The Interface at a Glance

The page is divided into three main functional areas to help you stay organized:

  • Statistics Bar: A high-level count of activities categorized by status (e.g., Scheduled, Processing, Failed, Pending Approval).

  • Filters: Drill down into specific data by Status, Type, Project, or Date Range.

  • Activity Table: Your detailed list of outreach actions, including candidate names, campaign types, and scheduled times.

🛠 Activity Types & Statuses

Understanding the lifecycle of an activity helps you prevent bottlenecks in your pipeline.

LinkedIn Invitation

Initial connection request to a prospect.

Follow-up Message

Subsequent outreach to keep the conversation moving.

LinkedIn InMail

Direct messages sent to non-connections.

Profile View

A "soft" touchpoint to increase your visibility.

Email/WhatsApp

External outreach (if configured in your settings).

Common Statuses

💡 Tip: Keep an eye on "Rate Limited." This means you've hit LinkedIn’s daily safety ceiling. The system will automatically resume once it's safe!

  • Scheduled: Waiting in the queue.

  • Processing: Currently being dispatched.

  • Completed: Successfully delivered.

  • Failed: Encountered an error (usually due to account or permission issues).

  • Pending Approval: Waiting for your "thumbs up" before sending.

⚡ Key Management Features

✍️ Edit & Personalize

Before a message goes out you can:

  1. Click the "Edit" icon.

  2. Modify the text to add a personal touch.

  3. Save, and the updated version will be sent at the scheduled time.

🗓 Rescheduling & Bulk Actions

  • Change of Plans? Use the Reschedule action to move an activity to a better time slot.

  • Save Time: Use checkboxes to select multiple activities and Bulk Approve or Pause them in one click.

🔍 Deep Dive

Click on any specific activity row to open the Detail View. Here you can see the full message history, candidate profile data, and—most importantly—the specific reason why an activity might have Failed.

🏆 Pro-Tips for Success

  • The Morning Ritual: Spend 5 minutes every morning reviewing Pending Approvals to keep your funnel full.

  • Fix Failures Fast: If an activity fails, check the error log immediately. It’s often a simple fix, like a disconnected LinkedIn session.

  • Edit for Impact: If you notice a specific project has a low response rate, use the Edit feature to tweak your messaging on the fly.
