Building the Sequence
1. Adding and Connecting Blocks
Add: Drag a block from the left panel onto the canvas.
Connect: Click the handle at the bottom of a block and drag it to the top of the next block in the sequence.
Wait Periods: Configure the "Send After (Days)" setting in the right panel to define the delay between steps (minimum 1 day).
2. Logic Paths
When connecting blocks, you must define the condition that triggers the next step:
Accepted & Replied: The candidate responded; usually ends the automation to allow for manual follow-up.
Accepted (No Reply): The candidate joined your network but hasn't messaged yet.
No Reply / Not Accepted: The candidate hasn't acted on the request within your specified timeframe.
Configuration Settings
Messaging Options
For each message block, you can choose between two methods:
AI Agent: Generates a unique message for every candidate by analyzing their specific profile data.
Template: Uses static text. You can insert dynamic variables to ensure basic personalization:
{candidateFirstName}{candidateLastName}{schedulerLink}(Your booking link)
Account Selection
You can assign different LinkedIn accounts to different blocks within the same workflow. Ensure the selected account has an active connection in your settings.
Validation & Publishing
Before a campaign can go live, the system checks for the following:
Entry Point: Workflows for new prospects must start with a Connection Request or InMail.
Connectivity: All blocks must be properly linked with no "dead ends" or circular loops.
Account Setup: Every block must have a valid LinkedIn account assigned to it.
Note: Once a campaign is Published, the workflow structure is locked and cannot be edited. Verify all timings and templates before finalizing.
Efficiency Tools
Copy From: Import a proven workflow structure from a previous campaign to save time.
Reset: Clears the canvas entirely if you need to start over.
Drafts: Use "Save Changes" to keep your progress without activating the campaign.
Best Practices
Timing: A 3–5 day delay between a connection and the first follow-up is standard.
Multi-Pathing: Always include a "Not Accepted" path (such as an InMail) to capture candidates who don't see your initial request.
Personalized Landing Pages: If using the AI Agent, enable landing pages to track which candidates are clicking through to your job details.
