Is there a free trial?

Yes. All new accounts include a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start; you will only be billed if you choose a plan after the trial ends.

What LinkedIn subscription is required?

  • LinkedIn Recruiter: Required for full functionality, specifically importing candidates from advanced searches.

  • LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator: Supported for basic features, though candidate import capabilities may be more limited.

How do I invite my team?

Team Owners can go to Team Management > Members and click "Invite Members." Note that only Owners can manage billing and team roles; Members have full access to campaign features.

Why is my connection "Inactive"?

For security, LinkedIn sessions expire periodically. If your status shows as inactive, go to Settings > LinkedIn and click "Reconnect" to refresh your session.

What are the safe daily limits?

To protect your account health, we recommend the following:

  • New Accounts (Warmup): 10–15 connections and 20–30 messages per day.

  • Established Accounts: 25–40 connections and 50–75 messages per day.


🎯 Campaigns & Outreach

Can I edit a campaign after it's published?

You cannot change the workflow structure (the sequence of blocks) or add new profiles to a live campaign. However, you can edit individual messages in the Activity feed, pause the campaign, or stop it entirely.

How long does it take to import candidates?

Expect imports to take 30–45 minutes. The system uses randomized delays to mimic human behavior and stay within LinkedIn’s rate limits.

Why aren't my messages sending?

Check the "Big Five" troubleshooting points:

  1. Is your LinkedIn connection active?

  2. Are you currently within your configured Working Hours?

  3. Have you hit your Daily Limit?

  4. Is the campaign Published (not Paused or Draft)?

  5. Are there activities waiting for Manual Approval?

How does AI message generation work?

The AI synthesizes the candidate's LinkedIn profile, your job vacancy, and your Training Center context to write unique messages. If you have "Manual Approval" enabled, you can review these in the Activities tab before they send.

How do credits work?

  • AI Credits: Used for profile screening (~1 per candidate) and message generation.

  • Enrichment Credits: Used for finding email addresses (1 credit) or phone numbers (3 credits). Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.


πŸ› οΈ Troubleshooting Failures

What does "Rate Limited" mean?

This status appears when you have reached your daily LinkedIn limit. NoRecruit will automatically pause and resume your activities the following day.

My activities are failing. What should I do?

Most failures are caused by:

  • Expired Sessions: Reconnect your LinkedIn account.

  • LinkedIn Restrictions: You may have reached a weekly invitation limit.

  • Invalid Data: The candidate may have deleted their profile. Check the specific Error Message inside the Activity details for the exact cause.
