Inbox Overview

The Inbox is your centralized communication hub for Norecruit. It allows you to manage all candidate conversations across multiple accounts, review AI-generated responses, and maintain your outreach momentum without leaving NoRecruit.

Updated this week

πŸ“ Interface Overview

The Inbox is designed for high-volume recruitment, organized into three functional areas:

  • Sidebar & Account Selector: Toggle between different LinkedIn accounts or view a unified feed. You can also filter by Unread messages or specific Campaigns.

  • Conversation List: A vertical feed of your chats, featuring unread indicators and campaign tags so you know exactly which role the candidate is discussing.

  • Message Panel: Your workspace for reading history and sending replies. This is also where AI Pending Replies appear for your review.

⚑ Key Features

πŸ€– AI-Generated Pending Replies

If your workflow includes AI engagement, the system will draft suggested responses based on the candidate's inquiry.

  • Review: Read the draft in the "Pending Replies" section.

  • Edit: Click to tweak the wording or add specific details.

  • Send/Delete: Approve the message to dispatch it or discard it to write your own.

🏒 Multi-Account Management

For teams or users managing multiple LinkedIn profiles:

  • Switching: Use the dropdown to isolate messages for a single account.

  • Unified View: See all incoming talent in one stream to ensure no candidate is ignored.

🏷️ Campaign Context

Every conversation is linked to its respective campaign. This helps you remember the job requirements and screening criteria immediately, even if you are managing dozens of different roles simultaneously.

πŸ’‘ Efficiency Tips

  • The "Unread" Sweep: Start your day by filtering for "Unread" to handle direct candidate questions first.

  • Batch Approvals: Review all AI Pending Replies in one go to keep your response times low.

  • Manual Intervention: While AI is great for initial interest, jump in manually once a candidate asks for a call or technical specifics.
