📖 Viewing & History
Every conversation in your inbox provides full context so you never walk into a chat cold.
Candidate Context: View the prospect's profile, the LinkedIn account you are using to message them, and the specific campaign they belong to.
Full Thread: See every outgoing automated message and incoming candidate reply with precise timestamps.
Search: Use the search bar to filter by candidate name or keywords within the message text.
✍️ Composing Replies
You have three ways to respond to a candidate:
Manual Composition: Type directly into the input field for a standard reply.
Templates: Click the "Templates" button to insert pre-written, high-performing messages.
Image Attachments: Use the attachment icon to send screenshots or company flyers to provide more value.
🤖 AI-Generated "Pending" Replies
If your campaign uses AI, the system will often draft a response to incoming messages. These appear in the Pending Replies section.
Review & Edit: You can click "Edit" on any AI draft to tweak the personalization or tone.
Send or Delete: Once you are satisfied, click "Send Now." If the AI misinterprets the candidate, simply click "Delete" and write your own response.
Safety First: Pending replies are never sent automatically from the Inbox; they always require your final "okay."
🛠️ Inbox Filters & Organization
Use filters to keep your workspace clean and prioritize high-value leads.
Filter | Purpose |
Unread | Focuses only on candidates waiting for a response. |
Recent | Sorts by the most recent activity (incoming or outgoing). |
Campaign | Isolates conversations for a specific role (e.g., "Python Dev"). |
Account | Filters messages to a specific LinkedIn profile you manage. |
⚠️ Handling Edge Cases
Declined InMails: If a candidate declines an InMail, LinkedIn will block further messaging. The Inbox will display a notification, and the composer will be disabled.
Disconnected Accounts: If your LinkedIn session expires, a "Disconnected" badge will appear. You must re-authenticate in Settings to resume messaging.
Scheduled Messages: You can view and edit messages that are queued by your automation before they go out. Look for the "Scheduled for..." indicator in the thread.
💡 Best Practices
The 24-Hour Rule: Prompt responses significantly increase your chance of a successful hire. Check your "Unread" filter at least once per day.
Tone Matching: If a candidate is casual, feel free to mirror that. If they are formal, use a template that matches their professional tone.
Batch Processing: Use the Campaign Filter to respond to all candidates for one role at a time—this keeps your mind on the specific job requirements.
