🛠️ Troubleshooting & Management
Re-authorizing Services
Third-party apps (like Slack or Google) periodically revoke access tokens for security. If an integration stops working, the "Reconnect" button is your first line of defense. This refreshes the token without losing your previous settings.
Permissions
When connecting a new service, NoRecruit will request specific permissions (e.g., "Read messages" or "Post to channels"). These are strictly limited to what is necessary for the automation to function. You can revoke these at any time by disconnecting the service.
💡 Best Practices
Use Slack for Speed: Enabling Slack Approvals is the fastest way to keep your queue moving without having to manage another open browser tab.
Test Your Channels: If using Email or WhatsApp, send a test message to yourself first to ensure formatting and signatures look correct.
Audit Periodically: Every month, review your Integrations page and disconnect any services you are no longer actively using to maintain a secure workspace.
