👥 Accessing the Team Dashboard
Only Owners can manage team members. To get started:
Navigate to "Members" in the sidebar.
Alternatively, go to Team Settings > Members.
🎭 Roles & Permissions
Role | Permissions |
Owner | Full administrative control: billing, team settings, and member management. |
Member | Core recruitment access: creating campaigns, viewing candidates, and managing activities. |
✉️ Inviting New Members
Click the "Invite Members" button.
Enter the email address of your colleague.
Select their role (Owner or Member).
Click "Send Invites."
Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If a colleague hasn't joined by then, you can find them in the "Pending Invites" section and click "Renew Invitation" to send a fresh link.
🛠️ Managing Your Team
Changing Roles
If a teammate’s responsibilities change, you can update their role by clicking the "Change Role" menu next to their name.
Constraint: You cannot change your own role or demote the primary owner.
Removing Members
To revoke access immediately, select "Remove from Account." The user will lose access to all campaigns and data associated with that team workspace instantly.
Ownership Transfer
If the primary owner is leaving the company, they must transfer ownership to another member:
Find the target member and select "Transfer Ownership."
Type TRANSFER to confirm.
Once complete, the previous owner becomes a regular member and the new owner gains billing and admin rights.
🏢 Team Workspace Settings
Under Team Settings > General, owners can customize the workspace:
Team Name: Update how your company or department is identified.
Team Logo: Upload your company logo to personalize the dashboard.
Danger Zone: Owners can delete the team permanently. This action removes all data across all members and cannot be undone.
💡 Best Practices
The "Two-Owner" Rule: Always have at least two owners. This prevents your team from being "locked out" of billing or admin settings if one person leaves the company unexpectedly.
Prompt Offboarding: When a recruiter leaves your organization, remove them from the NoRecruit team immediately to protect your candidate data.
Audit Regularly: Every quarter, review your member list to ensure everyone still requires the level of access they have.
