Team Billing

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and AI usage from the Billing dashboard.

πŸ’³ Subscription Management

Only Owners can access the billing dashboard. To view your status, navigate to Team Settings > Billing.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrading: Move to a higher tier to unlock features or more seats instantly. Changes are prorated.

  • Downgrading: You can move to a lower tier at any time. The changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: Access remains active until the end of your current paid period. After this, your data enters a grace period before permanent deletion.

Free Trial

New accounts start with a 10-day full-access trial.

  • No credit card is required to start.

  • To prevent service interruption, select a plan and add a payment method before the 10th day.

NoRecruit uses two types of credits to power automation and data sourcing:

Finding verified emails (1 credit) or phone numbers (3 credits).

  • Refills: Credits reset every month on your billing anniversary.

  • Top-ups: If you run out mid-month, you can purchase one-off credit packages from the Billing page.


🧾 Invoices & Payments

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You can update your card details at any time; ensure at least one valid card is on file to keep your campaigns running.

Invoice History

A full history of your transactions is available at the bottom of the Billing page. You can view or download each invoice as a PDF for your accounting records.


πŸ‘₯ Per-Seat Billing

Most plans scale based on the number of members in your team:

  • Adding a Member: You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing month.

  • Removing a Member: Your next invoice will be automatically adjusted to reflect the lower seat count.


πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Go Annual: Switching from monthly to annual billing offers a discount. Contact your Account Manager for details

  • Monitor Credit Burn: Check your "Usage this period" regularly. If you consistently run out of AI credits, it may be more cost-effective to upgrade to a higher tier.

  • Clean Your Roster: To avoid unnecessary seat charges, ensure you remove team members as soon as they no longer need access to the platform.


πŸ› οΈ Troubleshooting

  • Payment Failed: If a charge fails, NoRecruit will attempt to re-run the card over several days. Update your payment method immediately to avoid campaign suspension.
