If you look after several team workspaces — for example an agency managing campaigns for multiple clients — the Super inbox merges the inboxes of all the teams you've been granted access to. Instead of switching between workspaces, you monitor and answer every conversation from one screen.
Who can see it
The Super inbox is only available to users with cross-team oversight access (the same access that unlocks the Super dashboard). Without a grant, the page doesn't appear. Contact your NoRecruit representative to set up access for account managers.
Where to find it
Open any of your team workspaces.
In the sidebar, look for the Super section (only shown when you have access) and click Super inbox.
Use the toggle in the page header to switch between Super inbox and Super dashboard at any time.
How it differs from the team Inbox
The Super inbox works just like the regular Inbox, with two key differences:
Every conversation row carries a team badge showing which workspace it belongs to.
Instead of an account selector, you filter by team chips at the top of the list. Click a chip to focus on that team (click several to combine them); with no chips selected, all your granted teams are included. A small dot on a chip means that team has unread conversations.
Filters and tabs
Search conversations... — search across all included teams.
All projects — filter by a specific campaign from any of your granted teams.
Unread — only conversations with unread candidate messages.
Hide declined — hide declined InMail conversations.
Active / Archived / All tabs — same behavior as the team Inbox.
Working with conversations
Open a conversation to read the full thread and reply with the standard composer — including the AI Reply button. Replies are sent from the connected account that owns the conversation (shown as Sending as), on the conversation's own channel. You can also Mark as unread and Archive/Unarchive directly from the Super inbox; opening a conversation marks it as read, just like in the team Inbox.
Slack notifications
You can get a personal Slack DM whenever a reply arrives in one of your granted team inboxes:
Click Slack notifications in the Super inbox header.
Flip the switch next to each team you want notifications for.
This requires your own Slack integration to be connected. The Slack message links you straight back to the conversation in your Super inbox.
💡 Tip: Enable Slack notifications only for your most time-sensitive teams — combined with the unread dots on the team chips, you'll never miss a candidate reply without being flooded.
FAQ
Is there a personal Super inbox outside a workspace? The Super inbox lives inside the team context. Older links to a personal super inbox (for example from Slack notifications) automatically forward you to the Super inbox in your first team workspace.
Can teams see that I'm reading their inbox? Read/unread status is shared: opening a conversation marks it as read for everyone with access, so coordinate with the team on who handles replies.
Why can't I use message templates here? Templates belong to a single team workspace. To use them, open that team's own Inbox.
