The Candidates page is your CRM overview of every candidate in your workspace. From here you can sort and search your candidates, update their details inline, track where each person stands in your recruitment pipeline, and jump straight to the campaigns they belong to.
Where to find it
In the sidebar, go to Relations → Candidates.
Understanding the columns
The table shows the following columns:
First name — includes a small profile icon that opens the candidate's profile page.
Last name
Headline — the candidate's professional headline (usually from LinkedIn).
Email
Phone
Pipeline status — a colored badge showing where the candidate is in your process.
Campaigns — badges for every campaign the candidate is part of. Click a badge to open that campaign. If a candidate is in more than two campaigns, hover over the +N badge to see the rest.
LinkedIn — a LinkedIn icon that opens the candidate's LinkedIn profile in a new tab.
Sorting and pagination
Click a column header (First name, Last name, Headline, Email, Phone, or Pipeline status) to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order.
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages.
Change the page size to 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.
Sorting and pagination happen on the server, so the table stays fast even with thousands of candidates. Your current page, sorting, and filters are kept in the page URL — you can bookmark or share a filtered view with a teammate.
Searching and filtering per column
Hover over a column header and click the search icon next to it.
Type your search term — for example, part of a name, email address, or headline.
The table updates to show only matching candidates.
To filter by campaign, use the search icon in the Campaigns column and type (part of) a campaign name.
To filter by status, click the filter icon in the Pipeline status column and pick a status, or choose All statuses to clear it.
💡 Tip: Filters can be combined. For example, search the Headline column for "engineer" and set Pipeline status to In conversation to see all engineers you are currently talking to. If nothing matches, you'll see "No results match your filters."
Changing a candidate's pipeline status
The manual pipeline status helps you track each candidate's progress by hand, independent of automated campaign activity. The available statuses are:
New
Contacted
In conversation
Meeting scheduled
Offer
Placed
On hold
Not a fit
To change a status:
Click the status badge in the Pipeline status column.
Pick the new status from the dropdown.
The change is saved immediately — you'll see a "Saved" confirmation.
New candidates start as New until you change their status.
Editing candidate details inline
You can edit First name, Last name, Email, and Phone directly in the table:
Click the cell you want to edit.
Type the new value.
Press Enter (or click the checkmark) to save, or Escape to cancel.
Opening a candidate
Click the profile icon at the start of a row (in the First name column) to open the candidate's full profile page, where you can see their contact info, documents, deals, tasks, and activity history.
FAQ
Why is the table empty? If you haven't added anyone yet, you'll see "No candidates yet. Add your first candidate to get started." Candidates are added automatically when you launch a recruitment campaign, or manually with the Add Candidate button. See the article "How candidates enter your CRM" for all the ways.
Can I edit the headline in the table? No — the headline is shown for reference in the table. You can edit it on the candidate's profile page.
