Each candidate has a profile page that brings together their contact details, CV and other documents, linked deals, tasks, and a complete history of your interactions with them.
Where to find it
Go to Relations → Candidates, then click the profile icon at the start of a candidate's row. The same page also opens when you click View CRM profile from a campaign or the Inbox.
Contact Info
The Contact Info card lets you view and edit the candidate's details:
Update any of the fields: First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Headline, Location.
The LinkedIn URL field is read-only — click the external-link icon next to it to open the candidate's LinkedIn profile.
Change the Pipeline status with the dropdown — status changes save immediately.
Click Save to store your other changes.
The available pipeline statuses are New, Contacted, In conversation, Meeting scheduled, Offer, Placed, On hold, and Not a fit.
Documents
The Documents card holds the candidate's CV or other documents:
Click Upload document (or Replace document if one already exists).
Choose a PDF or Word file. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX. Max 10MB.
The current document is shown at the top of the card.
💡 Tip: An uploaded CV can also be used by CV studio to generate a standardized, branded CV for this candidate.
Deals
The Deals card lists every deal linked to this candidate, with its status (Open, Won, or Lost) and expected revenue. Click a deal to open its detail page. If none are linked yet, you'll see "No deals linked to this candidate yet." — deals are created from the Pipeline page.
Tasks
The Todos section keeps your follow-up work with this candidate on track:
Click Add Todo.
Fill in the Title, an optional Description, and a Due date.
Check off a todo when it's done. Overdue and due-today items are highlighted.
Recent Activities
The Recent Activities card is the candidate's interaction history — outreach messages sent and received, and your own notes.
To add a note:
Click Add Note.
Enter the Note Content — for example, a summary of a call or meeting.
Click Save Note.
Your own notes can be edited or deleted later: hover over a note and use the pencil or trash icon. Each entry shows who created it and when.
💡 Tip: Use the Sync Historical button to backfill the activity log with earlier messages and invitations from before the activity log existed.
Upcoming Activities
The Upcoming Activities card shows outreach that is scheduled but not yet sent — for example, a planned follow-up message from a campaign — including the message preview and its scheduled date and time.
If a scheduled message belongs to a teammate's LinkedIn connection whose messages are set to private, you'll see "Private message" instead of the content.
