CV Studio converts candidate data into standardized, branded CVs. Instead of forwarding CVs in every possible shape and format, you define a template once — sections, colors, font, and logo — and the AI converts a candidate's LinkedIn profile or uploaded CV into that consistent format, ready to share with clients.
Where to find it
In your team workspace sidebar, go to Relations → CV studio.
The page has two tabs:
Generated CVs — every CV you have generated, with columns for Candidate, Template, Source, Status, and Created. Use the Search by candidate name... box to find a specific one.
Templates — your CV templates.
Creating a CV template
Templates define the sections, branding, and conversion instructions for your standardized CVs. You need at least one template before you can generate a CV.
On the CV Studio page, click New template.
Enter a Template name (for example "Agency standard" or "Client X format").
Under Sections and order, choose which sections appear on the CV: Summary, Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications, Languages, and an optional Custom section. Toggle sections on or off with the switches, and drag the handles to reorder them.
If you enable the Custom section, give it a title in the Custom section title field.
Set the branding: pick a Text color, an Accent color, and a Font.
Optionally click Upload logo to add your agency logo (PNG, JPEG, or SVG).
Open the Conversion prompt panel to add free-text instructions that steer the tone, length, and emphasis of generated CVs — for example "Write in third person, max 2 pages, emphasize leadership and measurable results."
Click Save template.
While you work, the Live preview on the right shows a sample CV rendered with your settings on an A4 page. Use the Dutch / English toggle above the preview to see the section headings in either language.
💡 Tip: Create one template per client or per house style. When generating a CV you simply pick the right template, and the output automatically matches that client's format.
Editing or deleting a template
Open the Templates tab.
Click Edit on a template to open the template editor and change any setting.
Click Delete to remove a template you no longer need.
💡 Tip: Deleting a template does not delete CVs already generated with it, but the CV viewer will note that the template used for that CV no longer exists — so you won't be able to regenerate those CVs with the same layout.
FAQ
Which sections can a CV contain? Summary, Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications, Languages, and one custom section with your own title. You control which are shown and in what order per template.
Can I brand CVs with my client's logo instead of my own? Yes — the logo is set per template, so you can create a separate template with each client's logo and colors.
In which languages can CVs be generated? Dutch and English. You choose the output language each time you generate a CV.
