Introducing candidates to clients with Introductions

Share candidates with your clients via polished public pages, track views, and collect interest responses.

Introductions let you share a candidate with a client through a polished, branded public page — no login required for the client. The page presents the candidate, your notes on why they're a match, and their CV, and the client can respond directly with their interest and availability.

Where to find it

In your team workspace sidebar, go to RelationsIntroductions.

The list shows all your introductions with columns for Candidate, Client, Status, Views, Interest, and Last viewed.

Creating an introduction

  1. Click New introduction.

  2. Under Candidate, pick the candidate you want to present.

  3. Under CV to show, choose what CV appears on the page:

    • No CV — present the candidate without a CV.

    • Original uploaded CV — the CV file on the candidate's profile.

    • Generated CV (CV studio) — a standardized CV you generated in CV Studio. Pick the exact one under Generated CV.

  4. Give the page an Introduction title, for example "Senior Java Developer for your backend team".

  5. Optionally fill in Client contact (optional) and Client company (optional) — these appear on the page after "Introduced by".

  6. Write your pitch: a Notes headline (for example "Why this candidate is a great match") and the Notes body. This text is shown on the public page; line breaks are kept.

  7. Style the page: pick an Accent color, optionally Upload logo (PNG, JPEG, or SVG), and toggle Show candidate photo.

  8. Set the Page languageDutch or English. This controls the language of all fixed text the client sees.

  9. Click Save introduction.

Publishing and sharing the link

A new introduction starts as a Draft — the public page is not reachable yet.

  1. Open the introduction and click Publish.

  2. Click Copy link to copy the public link to your clipboard, or Open page to preview it yourself.

  3. Send the link to your client by email, WhatsApp, or any channel you like.

  4. Click Unpublish at any time to take the page offline again.

💡 Tip: The link contains a unique token, so only people you share it with can find the page. It is also excluded from search engines.

What the client sees

The public page shows, in your chosen language and branding:

  • Introduced by with your client contact and company, plus your logo.

  • The candidate's name (or your introduction title), headline, and photo (if enabled).

  • About the candidate — your notes headline and body.

  • A prominent interest button: "I'd like to speak to {name}". Clicking it opens a short form where the client leaves their name, email, an optional message, and optional availability — either suggested time slots or a calendar link.

  • The CV: a generated CV is rendered directly on the page; an original CV is embedded with a Download CV link.

Tracking results

Open an introduction from the list to see its detail page:

  • Stat chips for views, active days, CTA clicks, and responses.

  • A Responses table with each submission's Contact, Message, Availability, Calendar link, and Received date.

Each response also increases the Interest count on the introductions list, so you can spot at a glance which candidates are getting traction.

Editing and managing introductions

  1. Click Edit on an introduction to change any detail — notes, CV shown, styling, or language. Changes go live immediately on the published page.

  2. Use Delete in the list to remove an introduction entirely.

FAQ

Does my client need a NoRecruit account? No. The introduction page is public to anyone with the link — clients just open it and respond.

Can I reuse the same candidate in multiple introductions? Yes — create a separate introduction per client, each with its own notes, branding, and link.
