Landing pages are personalized web pages you share with candidates or prospects during outreach — a role pitch, a company introduction, or a scheduling page. Pages are built from ready-made blocks, can fill in the recipient's name and company automatically, and track views, clicks, and bookings.
Where to find it
In your team workspace sidebar, go to Outreach → Landing Pages.
Each page appears as a card showing its title, a Candidate or Prospect badge, a Published or Draft badge, and quick view/click counters, with actions for Preview, Stats, Edit, and Delete.
Creating a landing page
Click Create landing page.
Enter a Title (for example "Senior Product Manager").
Choose the Page type: Candidate (role-focused pages) or Prospect (company/product-focused pages). The type determines which content blocks are available and cannot be changed later.
Click create — the page opens in the editor, pre-filled with a starter layout.
The editor
The editor shows your page as a live canvas with a block palette on the side.
Use Add block to append content blocks. Blocks available for both page types: Hero, Personal message, Video, Gallery, Quotes, Next steps, and Scheduling. Candidate pages add Why you'd love this, Role tasks, Practical details, and Team; prospect pages add Value proposition, Product highlights, Social proof, Case study, and FAQ.
Click into any block to edit its text and content inline. Blocks have their own controls such as Add image, Add step, Add quote, Set video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom), and Set URL.
Drag blocks to reorder them, and use Hide block / Remove block to tuck away or delete content.
Switch between Desktop preview and Mobile preview to check both layouts.
Use the header buttons: Edit Title, Set Language (English, Dutch, German, Spanish, or French), and Save Changes.
💡 Tip: Personalize your content — type {{firstname}}, {{currentcompanyname}}, or {{role}} anywhere in your text. On personalized links these fill in automatically from the recipient's profile.
The Scheduling block
Add the Scheduling block to let visitors book a meeting straight from the page. Choose a provider — a Calendly or Cal.com link embeds the booking calendar directly on the page (and completed bookings are tracked in your stats), while a plain link opens in a new tab.
Publishing and sharing
Click Publish in the editor header. Click Unpublish any time to take the page offline.
On the landing page card, click Copy URL to copy the public link — share it anywhere.
Click Copy token to copy a personalization token like
{{landing-page-xxxx}}. Paste that token into a campaign message: when the message is sent, it's replaced with a unique, personalized link for that specific candidate or prospect, so the page greets them by name and their visits are attributed to them.
Viewing stats
Click Stats on a landing page card to see:
Views, CTA Clicks, Avg. Time (s), Bookings, and Video Plays.
Views by section — which parts of the page get attention.
Recent activity — a feed of individual events with timestamps, and the visitor's name when they arrived via a personalized link.
FAQ
What's the difference between the URL and the token? The URL is the page's general public link — everyone sees the same page. The token creates personalized links inside campaign messages, one per recipient, enabling name/company personalization and per-person tracking.
Can I change a page from Candidate to Prospect? No — the page type is fixed at creation because each type has its own block set. Create a new page with the other type instead.
How do I know when someone engages with my page? Every view, CTA click, and booking appears in the page's stats, and you can get real-time alerts for these events via notification listeners — see the article on landing page notifications and custom domains.
