Two extras make landing pages feel like your own: notification listeners tell you (or your systems) the moment a page is viewed, clicked, or booked, and a custom domain serves your pages from your own web address instead of the default link.
Notifications for a landing page
Each landing page can have its own notification listeners. As the in-app description puts it: get notified in Slack, by email, or in your own systems when this page is viewed, its CTA is clicked, or a meeting is booked.
Where to find it
Open the landing page in the editor (Outreach → Landing Pages → Edit) and click the bell icon in the header. The Notifications dialog opens.
Adding a listener
In the dialog, go to Add a listener.
Under When, pick the event: View, CTA click, or Booking.
Under Notify via, pick the channel:
Slack — paste a Slack webhook URL. Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack first; the URL must start with
https://hooks.slack.com/.Email — add Recipients (up to 10 — press Enter or comma to add each address).
Webhook — pick an Endpoint from the list, or click Create endpoint to register a new one with a Name and Endpoint URL. Endpoints can be reused across landing page listeners and workflow actions.
Optionally enable Notify for anonymous visitors to also get notified for visits without a personalized link token. Listeners with this on show an Anonymous badge.
Click Add listener.
💡 Tip: When you create a webhook endpoint, its signing secret is shown once — the dialog warns "Copy your secret now". Store it in your system immediately; you won't be able to view it again.
Managing listeners
Use the Active toggle to pause or resume a listener without deleting it.
Click the trash icon and confirm Remove to delete a listener permanently.
💡 Tip: Without "Notify for anonymous visitors", listeners only fire for identified visitors — people who opened a personalized link from your campaign messages. That keeps your Slack channel free of noise from your own test visits.
Custom domains
By default, landing pages live on NoRecruit's domain. With a custom domain, candidates and prospects see your pages on your own address — for example careers.yourcompany.com.
Where to find it
In the sidebar go to Settings → Team Settings, then open the Custom domain tab. (Team Settings is visible to team owners.)
Connecting a domain
In the Custom domain card, type your hostname — for example
careers.yourcompany.com— and click Add domain.Set up DNS at your domain provider, following the DNS setup instructions shown on the page: add a CNAME record pointing your domain to the target address displayed there.
Wait for activation. As the page notes, domain additions require manual approval from our team and can take up to 48 hours to activate. Until then, the domain shows a Pending verification badge.
Once approved, the badge switches to Verified and your landing pages are reachable from your domain.
To disconnect a domain, click the trash icon next to it in the list.
💡 Tip: Use a subdomain you don't use elsewhere (like careers. or jobs.) — the CNAME record points that entire hostname at NoRecruit.
FAQ
Do notification listeners apply to all my landing pages? No — listeners are configured per landing page, so each page can alert a different Slack channel, mailbox, or system.
Which events can trigger a notification? Page views, CTA clicks, and bookings (completed scheduling-block meetings).
My domain still shows "Pending verification" — is something wrong? Not necessarily. Verification includes a manual approval step and can take up to 48 hours. Double-check your CNAME record is in place, and contact support if it takes longer.
