The Dashboard: your recruitment performance at a glance

Understand every widget on the team dashboard — KPI scorecards, the conversion funnel, time savings, activity trends, and campaign performance.

The Dashboard (titled Executive Summary) is the home page of your team workspace. It summarizes how your outreach is performing: how much time NoRecruit has saved you, how candidates move through your pipeline, and which campaigns get the best response.

Where to find it

Click Dashboard in the sidebar (the first item under Platform). It also opens automatically when you enter your team workspace.

Choosing what data you see

At the top of the page you'll find three filters:

  1. Team / My Performance — switch between results for the whole team and results for your own activities only.

  2. Recruitment / Sales — if your team also runs sales campaigns, toggle between the two campaign types. With recruitment campaigns only, this toggle is hidden.

  3. Period: — pick 7 days, 30 days, This month, or All time.

All widgets on the page update to match your selection.

KPI scorecards

Three colored cards at the top summarize the selected period:

  • Time Saved — total estimated time saved across screening and contacting.

  • Response Rate — percentage of contacted candidates who replied (messages plus accepted connections).

  • Selection Rate — percentage of screened candidates who were selected for outreach (recruitment view only).

Each card shows a small trend badge comparing the current period with the previous one. Hover over a card for a short explanation.

Conversion Funnel

The Conversion Funnel shows how candidates progress through the stages ScreenedSelectedContactedReplied. Each stage shows its count and the percentage relative to the first stage; small arrows between stages show the stage-to-stage conversion. Click a stage to highlight it.

Time Savings

The Time Savings card estimates the time automation saved you, broken down by Screening and Contacting.

💡 Tip: Time saved is estimated at roughly 3 minutes per screened profile and 5 minutes per contacted candidate. When it adds up to full work days, the card shows the equivalent (for example "2.5 work days").

Performance section

Below the funnel you'll find the Performance section:

  • Activity Trend — a weekly chart of Contacted and Replied volumes, so you can spot momentum or slowdowns over time.

  • Campaign Performance — your top campaigns ranked by response rate (up to five). Hover over a bar to see Response Rate, Contacted, and Responded for that campaign.

  • Your Upcoming Activities — scheduled outreach that's coming up, with Today, Tomorrow, or a date badge. Items marked Overdue are highlighted in red so you can act on them.

FAQ

Why is my dashboard empty? The charts fill up as your campaigns run. Launch a campaign and let it screen and contact candidates — the funnel and trend data will appear automatically.

Why don't the numbers match my campaign page exactly? The dashboard respects the filters at the top. Check that the period, campaign type, and Team / My Performance scope match what you're comparing against.

What does "Overdue" mean under Upcoming Activities? The activity's scheduled time has passed without it being executed — for example because it's waiting for approval. Open the Activities page to review and reschedule it.
