Super dashboard: performance across all your teams

See per-team campaign performance across every workspace you have oversight access to, and copy a ready-made weekly summary.

If you manage multiple team workspaces — for example as an agency running campaigns for several clients — the Super dashboard brings their campaign performance together in one view. Instead of opening each workspace, you see every team's outreach numbers side by side.

Who can see it

The Super dashboard is only visible to users who have been granted cross-team oversight access (the same access that unlocks the Super inbox). If you don't have access, the page won't appear in your sidebar. Contact your NoRecruit representative to set up access for account managers.

Where to find it

  1. Open any of your team workspaces.

  2. In the sidebar, look for the Super section (shown only when you have access).

  3. Click Super dashboard. You can switch between Super inbox and Super dashboard at any time with the toggle in the page header.

Filtering the view

  • Team chips — every team you have access to appears as a chip. Click chips to focus on specific teams; with none selected, all your teams are included.

  • Recruitment / Sales — switch between campaign types.

  • Period: — choose 7 days (default), 30 days, This month, or All time.

KPI scorecards

Three cards total the numbers across your selected teams and period:

  • Reached out — candidates contacted.

  • Responses — replies received.

  • Conversion rate — responses as a percentage of reached out.

Per-team breakdown

The Per-team breakdown table shows one row per team with:

Column

This makes it easy to spot which teams are performing well and which need attention.

Copy weekly summary

Click Copy weekly summary in the top-right to copy a text summary of the current per-team numbers to your clipboard — handy for pasting into Slack, email, or a client update.

💡 Tip: Set the period to 7 days, sort the table by Conversion, then click Copy weekly summary for a ready-made Monday-morning report.

Activity trend

Below the table, the Activity Trend chart plots weekly Contacted and Replied volumes across the selected teams, so you can track combined momentum over time.

FAQ

I have access, but the page redirected me back to my dashboard. Why? The Super dashboard only opens when at least one team grant is active for your user. If your grants were removed, the page redirects to your regular team dashboard.

Does the Super dashboard show different numbers than each team's own dashboard? It uses the same underlying campaign data, but summarizes it per team with a focus on outreach conversion and call scheduling. For funnel details, time savings, and campaign-level charts, open that team's own Dashboard.

Can I open it without picking a team first? Yes — a direct Super dashboard link automatically forwards you to the page inside your first team workspace.
