Working hours define at which times NoRecruit operates on your behalf. All automated activities — imports, outreach messages, and InMails — only run during the hours you set here. This keeps your activity looking natural and protects your LinkedIn account.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Personal Settings and open the NoRecruit's Working Hours tab.
The three activity categories
Your schedule is split into three color-coded categories, each with its own tab and recommended window:
Category | What it covers | Recommendation |
Outreach | Connection requests, chat messages, and InMails (Premium/Sales Navigator) | Business hours, e.g. 09:00 – 17:00 |
Import | LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite imports (Sales Navigator and classic imports run instantly) | 05:00 – 06:00 |
Recruiter InMail | InMails sent via LinkedIn Recruiter | 06:00 – 09:00 |
💡 Tip: Set your Import and Recruiter InMail windows to times when you are absolutely not using LinkedIn on any device. NoRecruit executes these activities in those windows, and simultaneous manual use of Recruiter can cause conflicts.
Each category must have unique, non-overlapping hours — you'll see a warning if two categories overlap on the same day.
Setting your hours on the timeline
The weekly timeline shows Monday through Sunday. For each day:
Click on the timeline to add a block, and choose which category it's for.
Drag a block to move it, or drag its edges to resize it. Times snap to 15-minute steps.
Click a block to select it — from there you can Copy it or Delete it.
Use Copy to other days to duplicate a day's timeslots to the rest of the week.
Click Save Changes when you're done.
If you navigate away with unsaved edits, NoRecruit warns you: "You have unsaved changes. Please save your changes before leaving this page."
Bank holidays
Below the timeline, the Bank Holidays section lets you block out days when you don't work — no activities are scheduled on these days:
Under Select countries, pick one or more countries (for example Netherlands, Germany, Belgium) to automatically include their public holidays.
Under Custom holidays, click Add custom holiday to block a Single day or a Date range (for example a summer vacation), optionally with a name.
The card shows how many holidays apply this year.
How your daily capacity works
Beyond working hours, NoRecruit spaces out activities with random delays to mimic natural human behavior — for example, connection requests go out 15–30 minutes apart. Your daily output therefore depends on both your LinkedIn limits and the length of the operating windows you set here.
FAQ
Which timezone do these hours use? Your personal timezone, set on the General tab under Timezone and Language (default: Europe/Amsterdam).
Do working hours apply per team or per user? Per user. They govern all automated activity performed through your connected accounts.
I don't see the Import or Recruiter InMail tabs. Those categories only apply when you work with LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite. If they're not relevant to your account setup, only the Outreach category is shown.
