The Members page is where team owners manage who has access to the workspace: sending invitations, changing roles, transferring ownership, and removing members.
Where to find it
In your team workspace sidebar, under Settings, click Members. (Only visible to members with the Owner role.)
The page shows a searchable members table with Name, Email, Role, and Joined columns, plus a Pending Invites section below it.
Roles at a glance
Role | What it can do |
Owner | Full access: manage members, roles, invitations, team settings, and billing |
Member | Works in the workspace (campaigns, inbox, candidates) without team administration |
One owner is the Primary Owner — the person who created the team (or received ownership later). Only the primary owner can transfer ownership, and the primary owner can never be removed from the team.
Inviting members
Click Invite Members.
In the dialog, enter the invitee's email address and pick a Role (Owner or Member).
Click Add another one to invite several people at once.
Click Send Invites.
Each invitee receives an email with a join link. You can't grant a role higher than your own.
💡 Tip: Invitations expire after a while. If someone missed theirs, use the renew action in Pending Invites instead of sending a new one.
Managing pending invitations
The Pending Invites table lists everyone who has been invited but hasn't joined yet, with a Status of Active or Expired. From here you can:
Change the invitation's Role with the dropdown before the person joins.
Renew an expired invitation so the link works again.
Delete an invitation — the person will no longer be able to join with that link.
Changing a member's role
Open the ⋯ menu at the end of the member's row.
Choose Change Role.
Pick the new role and click Update Role.
You can only manage members whose role is lower than your own in the hierarchy.
Transferring ownership
Only the primary owner can do this:
Open the ⋯ menu on the member who should become the new primary owner.
Choose Transfer Ownership.
Type TRANSFER to confirm.
After the transfer you remain a member of the team, but you are no longer the primary owner.
Removing a member
Open the ⋯ menu on the member's row.
Choose Remove from Account.
Confirm with Remove User from Team.
The member immediately loses access to the team. They can be re-invited later if needed.
FAQ
Why can't I see the Members page? It's restricted to team owners. Members don't see it in the sidebar and can't open it directly.
Can a removed member's campaigns and data be recovered? Removing a member removes their access — it doesn't delete team data such as campaigns or candidates. Their personal channel connections (LinkedIn, email) leave with them, so reassign running campaigns to another connected account first.
Can I remove myself? You can leave a team unless you are the primary owner — the primary owner must first transfer ownership to someone else.
