Agency mode — manage client teams and white-label branding

For agencies running multiple client workspaces — manage shared usage limits, create client teams, and apply your own logo and colors to every workspace.

Agency mode is for recruitment agencies that run NoRecruit for multiple clients. As an agency owner you get one Agency page to manage your branding, your client teams, and the usage limits they share — and every client workspace carries your logo and colors instead of NoRecruit's.

Agency mode is enabled by our team. If you run multiple client workspaces and want this set up, contact support.

Where to find it

Click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu, then click Agency. (The item is only visible to agency owners.)

Your shared usage limits

At the top of the page, three cards show your agency-wide quotas and how much of each is in use:

  • Teams — how many client teams you've created, out of your maximum.

  • Connections — LinkedIn/channel connections across all your teams, out of your pooled maximum.

  • AI credits / month — the monthly AI credit pool shared by all your teams.

If you reach your team limit, you'll see "You have reached your agency's team limit. Contact support to increase it."

White-label branding

The Branding card controls the look of every workspace in your agency — your logo and colors are applied to the workspace of every team:

  1. Display name — shown as the workspace brand name for your teams.

  2. Primary color and Accent color — pick your brand colors.

  3. Click Upload logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, max 2MB).

  4. Click Save branding.

Your clients then see your agency's logo and name in their sidebar — a fully white-labeled experience.

💡 Tip: Client teams under an agency don't get their own Billing page — usage is pooled and billed through your agency, so clients never see NoRecruit pricing.

Managing your teams

The Teams table lists all teams in your agency and their share of the pooled usage, with columns for Team, AI credits used, and Connections. Use it to spot which client is consuming the most credits or connections.

Creating a new client team

  1. Open the account menu (your profile at the bottom of the sidebar).

  2. Click New Company.

  3. Enter the Team Name and confirm.

The new team is created inside your agency, counts toward your Teams quota, and automatically inherits your branding. Then invite your client's users via that team's Members page.

FAQ

What does "Agency is inactive" mean? Your agency has been deactivated: your teams no longer share the agency limits and you can't create new teams. Contact support to reactivate.

Do my client teams see each other? No. Each team is a separate workspace — members only see the teams they've been invited to. Only you, as agency owner, get the cross-team overview on the Agency page.

Can clients manage their own team? Yes — inside their workspace, owners of a client team manage members, campaigns, and settings as usual. The agency layer only pools limits and applies branding on top.
