Campaigns are the heart of NoRecruit: each campaign combines a vacancy, a pool of candidates, AI screening, and an automated outreach sequence. The campaigns list gives you a live overview of everything your team is running.
Where to find it
Go to Outreach → Campaigns in the left navigation.
Reading the campaigns list
Each campaign appears as a card showing:
A campaign type badge — Recruitment, Sales, or Marketing
A status badge — Draft, Active, Paused, Completed, or Archived
The campaign owner (avatar and name) and the campaign name
The creation date
Campaign Progress — a bar showing how many profiles in the sequence have been contacted
Three counters: Qualified profiles, In sequence, and Total profiles (hover each icon for its label)
Click a card to open the campaign.
Filtering and paging
Above the list you'll find two filter groups:
My Campaigns / Team Campaigns — switch between campaigns you own and everything in the workspace.
Status filters — All, Draft, Active, Completed, Paused, and Archived, each with a live count. Statuses with zero campaigns are hidden.
The list shows 12 campaigns per page; use Previous / Next or the page numbers at the bottom to browse ("Showing 1-12 of 34 campaigns").
Card actions
Hover a card to reveal quick actions in its top-right corner (availability depends on the campaign's state and your role):
Transfer ownership — hand a draft campaign that has never been launched to another team member. The workflow's connection settings are reset so the new owner can configure their own accounts.
Duplicate project — copy the campaign with a new name and location. Requirements, search filters, and settings are copied.
Archive project — available for Draft, Stopped, or Completed campaigns that contain profiles. Archived campaigns no longer appear in the overview.
Delete project — only available while the campaign has no profiles. This cannot be undone.
💡 Tip: Only account owners and the campaign owner can manage a campaign. If you don't see these actions, ask the owner or a workspace admin.
Launching several campaigns at once (bulk launch)
If you have multiple Draft campaigns ready to go, you can launch them together:
Hover a draft campaign card — a checkbox appears in its top-left corner. Tick it.
Select at least two draft campaigns. A floating bar appears at the bottom showing "X selected" with Clear and Launch selected (X) buttons.
Click Launch selected (X). The Launch campaigns dialog opens.
Set a Weight (1–100) for each campaign. Outreach activities are interleaved proportionally — for example, weight 2 vs. weight 1 means the higher-weight campaign sends twice as many messages per day.
Click Launch campaigns.
Each campaign is validated before launch. If one isn't ready (for example, a missing job description or an unconfigured LinkedIn account), the dialog lists the exact problems under that campaign so you can fix them and retry.
💡 Tip: You can only bulk-launch campaigns you own, and all selected campaigns must belong to the same workspace.
FAQ
Why can't I delete a campaign? Campaigns that already contain profiles can't be deleted — archive them instead. Deleting is only available while a campaign is empty.
What's the difference between Paused and Completed? Paused means you temporarily stopped scheduling new outreach — you can resume anytime. Completed means every profile in the sequence has finished the workflow.
Who can see my campaigns? Everyone in your workspace can see team campaigns via the Team Campaigns filter. Managing (editing, launching, deleting) is limited to the campaign owner and account owners.
