Once your candidates are in and your sequence is built, you publish the campaign and NoRecruit takes over: scheduling and sending outreach within your working hours, following up automatically, and tracking every candidate's progress.
Where to find it
Open your campaign → Campaign Builder tab. The lifecycle buttons (Publish Campaign, Pause, Resume, Stop Campaign) sit in the top-right of the builder.
Launch readiness checks
Before publishing, NoRecruit verifies the campaign is complete. Two places show you the state:
The launch checklist pill in the campaign header (e.g. Setup 4/6) — click it for the step list and jump links.
The Publish Campaign button — if it's disabled, hover it to see the blocking issues.
Typical checks include: a job description, at least one saved profile, at least one outreach block, every LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp block having a connected and active account, working hours configured for each sending account, and salutation & tone of voice set in Messaging Style or the Training Center.
Publishing
Click Publish Campaign.
The Publish Campaign? dialog explains what happens: the campaign starts running automatically and profiles are contacted according to your workflow. It also shows the Estimated first message time, based on your working hours.
Confirm. A Scheduling outreach… (X/Y) indicator shows progress while activities are generated and scheduled in the background.
💡 Tip: Messages go out spread across your configured working hours with natural delays — don't worry if the first message is scheduled for later today or tomorrow.
Pausing and resuming
Pause — unschedules all planned activities. No new outreach is scheduled while paused, and a Campaign Paused banner appears. Conversations already in your Inbox continue as normal.
Resume — reschedules the unscheduled activities and the campaign continues where it left off.
Editing a live campaign
What you can edit depends on the campaign state:
Active (running) — the workflow structure is locked (View Only), but you can still edit block settings (message goals, templates, examples) and save.
Paused — full editing, including adding/removing blocks.
Profiles already in the sequence run a frozen copy of the workflow from when they started. After saving changes to a running or paused campaign, NoRecruit checks the in-flight profiles and asks: "Apply changes to profiles in sequence?" It tells you how many profiles are compatible with your change (e.g. "12 of 30 profiles already in sequence match this change"). Choose:
Update X profiles — applies the change to compatible profiles. Only steps they haven't reached yet are affected; scheduled or completed activities stay untouched.
Only new profiles — in-flight profiles keep their original flow.
Adding new profiles to a running campaign
You can keep importing and screening candidates after launch. When qualified profiles are ready, a Start Outreach (X) button appears in the Campaign Builder — click it to add them to the sequence. New profiles always use the latest saved workflow.
Stopping a campaign
Stop Campaign immediately halts all outreach and cancels scheduled messages. This cannot be undone — a stopped campaign can never be relaunched. Use Pause unless you're certain.
Monitoring progress
Candidates tab stats — clickable tiles across the top filter the table: Total, Pending Screening, Qualified (AI), Disqualified (AI), Added to Campaign, In Sequence, Contacted, Replied, and more.
Activities tab (appears once the campaign is no longer a draft) — every profile in the sequence with its LinkedIn Connection status (Sent / Accepted), Next Step (Scheduled, Waiting for Response, Completed, Paused), Last Activity, and a full per-profile Activity History. You can view/edit the next scheduled message or cancel it per profile.
Campaigns list — each card shows Campaign Progress (contacted vs. in sequence) plus qualified / in-sequence / total counters.
Outreach → Activities — the cross-campaign activity console for scheduling, approvals, and troubleshooting.
FAQ
Why hasn't anyone been contacted yet? Check the sending account's working hours and the Scheduled For times on the Activities page — messages are spaced out to look natural and stay within LinkedIn limits.
What happens when a candidate replies? Their remaining sequence steps are cancelled and the conversation lands in your Inbox for a human (or AI-assisted) reply.
Can I re-run the sequence for a profile? Yes — from the campaign's profile list you can restart the campaign workflow for selected in-sequence profiles.
